4. Precautions for repair and maintenance
1. The hydraulic pump of this series of manual hydraulic
crimping tools has a precise structure, and internal parts are
not allowed to be disassembled at will. Any damage caused
by the user's unauthorized disassembly or improper use is
not covered by our dealer's or manufacturer's warranty.
2. In order to ensure the service life of the tool, it is
recommended to replace the hydraulic oil in the tool once a
year. Before the hydraulic oil is injected, it must be filtered
through a filter screen of 120 mesh or more or an oil filter
with a filtering accuracy of more than 30 μm. At the same
time, it is necessary to prevent any impurities from being
brought into the tool oil reservoir to ensure the cleanliness
of the hydraulic oil.
3. When the tool is used for a period of time, the sealing
parts may experience varying degrees of wear. When a large
amount of hydraulic oil leaks out, please contact us and we
will arrange professional repairs.
