(Stroboscopic) Mode
The VC-310C can be used as a wireless TTL master controller in the Multi (stroboscopic) mode. In wireless
stroboscopic mode, the slaves will be set by the master for frequency, number of flashes, and independent
group flash power setting, but the master will not add light to the final photo exposure.
To set your VC-310C as a wireless stroboscopic master, follow these steps:
1. Turn the flash and camera on. Make sure the camera is set to manual mode or shutter priority mode, and
the shutter speed is set to 1 second or slower.
2. Set the VC-310C to stroboscopic mode by pressing the Mode button repeatedly until [Multi] appears in the
upper left corner of the display.
3. Press and hold the Mode button to until the flash control [ ] icon appears on the LCD.
4. Press the right arrow repeatedly until the Master [ ] icon appears on the LCD.
5. Press the Set button to confirm.
