TROUBLESHOOTING
The frequency converter used for motor control is provided with two LEDs
(“Power” and “Status”) for monitoring equipment operation. If power supply is
connected, the green “Power” light is on. WARNING! Do not rely on the green
“Power” light as proof of power supply disconnection. The equipment may be
energized even though the light is off.
The most common fault-related codes are explained in the table. The codes
are signalled with different colours at
“Status”. If any other code comes up, write it down and contact your dealer.

Stop the equipment and make
sure that the flexible shaft is not
stuck and that no other causes
of excessive load are present.

Stop the equipment and start it
again.

Short circuit
Stop the equipment and check
the connections and cables.
Red/yellow light flashes
quickly
Undervoltage
Check supply voltage.
Yellow light is on
Overvoltage
The equipment is stopped.
Yellow light

Standby
The direction of rotation selector
is in the Stop position. Choose the
right direction of rotation.
