9. Advices Before 1

Use
It is very important to follow instructions below, before starting a first measurement:
- After inserting the batteries into the battery compartment with the right polari and
– it is necessary to wait at least 10 minutes before 1

measurement,
- Check the forehead or other places of the measured person and make sure the measured
body part of is clean and without any perspiration, hair and others, what could cause wrong
measurement results,
- Check if the right measurement mode is
selected,“BODY” mode for body temperature or
“SURFACE” mode for baby milk or similar
- Focus the thermometer on the selected body part
central part for measurement, -Remember the right
measurement distance 1 – 10 centimeters
10. Measuring Operation
This non-contact medical infrared fever thermometer BODY COMFORT BC 07 is designed and
produced especially for measuring body temperature in ear, temple, behind the ear lobe,
forehead only, all without any contact to the body, in environmental temperature range
described in this instruction manual. It can be used also for measurement of baby-bottles
and similar.
How to use properly this thermometer? Press the measurement trigger while focusing the
thermometer on the selected body parts, and there will be a beeping signal produced by the
thermometer after around 2 seconds, what means the measurement is completed. Watch
the back side of the thermometer, where the measurement result will be displayed for few
seconds.Measurement can be repeated after 30 seconds, by doing the same as before - push
the measurement trigger again and follow the same steps as described above.
