Operating Adjustments:

1.

Swivel Seat:

    Pull up on the yellow, horizontal seat handle, and swivel 

to rotate the seat right or left, up to 90 degrees.    Release the handle to 
lock into position.

2.

Wheelchair Access:

Pull back on the seat adjustment lever to adjust 

the seat position.    Continue to slide the seat off the rail to allow for 
wheel chair access.
