Congratulations your Printer is assembled!
If you are new to 3D printers, there is a lot of learning ahead. The good news is that there
are many resources online to help you with questions. You will need to choose software
and firmware that suits your needs.
Initial Controller Setup
If you purchased the deluxe kit, the board has been tested and the firmware
has been downloaded to the controller and configured for the RP9. You can skip to
the power supply section.
1. Download Arduino Software
2. Use the Arduino software to configure the firmware
2. Connect the controller to the computer via the USB and download the firmware to the
computer
Arduino 2560 Firmware settings
The firmware will need to be up loaded to the Arduino board using the Arduino software
that can be downloaded at:
http://arduino.cc/en/main/software
There are several good choices in firmware. Repetier is a good choice and can be located
at:
http://www.repetier.com/
It includes the software and firmware for a complete
package.
The firmware will need to be configured. Good starting values are:
