If the message subject is not sent from the area you are,

is displayed.
You can read the message through by pressing [

2.4.3 New Broadcast
This menu allows you to add the subject items of the broadcasted text message.
Enter the name of the subject items, you can change input method by pressing [@] key.
Enter the MID, each item is identified by four digits index.
