3. Phonebook
You can store the phone numbers and their corresponding names in the memory of your SIM card. In
addition, you can store up to 50 numbers and names into your phone memory. The SIM card memory
and phone memories are physically separated but they are searched as a single entity.
To view your phonebook press the [
Names
function key] in the idle screen.
3.1 Search
1. Press the [
Select
soft key] in the Phonebook. (To select
Search
in the menu).
2. Press the first letter of the name that you want to search for. (In the <eZiAbc>), you can change
input method by pressing [@] key.
3. Press the [
OK
soft key]. (The stored names in the phonebook will be listed in alphabetical order.)I
n this list, you can press
[Menu]
key to
[New]
You can add a new entry in the phone book or SIM.
[SMS]
You can send a SMS to this person which you had highlighted. You can find the num
ber in phone book or recent calls by press
[menu]
key.
[Copy]
You can copy to this record to SIM or phone which you had highlighted.
[Delete]
You can delete to this record in SIM or phone which you had highlighted.
4. Press
[NAVI-UP]
and
[NAVI-DOWN]
to find the name of the person you wish to
Call. Then you can press [Send] key to dial.
5. Press the [
Select
soft key
],
[NAVI-UP]
and
[NAVI-DOWN]
in the name of the person then you
can see the details of this person. (Group, Name, Phone Number and Melody)
6. If you want to change the details in the phone book, press the
[NAVI-UP]
and
[NAVI-DOWN]
