SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the Operating Instructions carefully before use!
The safety glasses’ frames may cause allergic reactions on sensitive skins. If this is the case,
consult a doctor.
Always wear safety glasses that fit comfortably. This will encourage you to use them, so increasing
your safety.
For optimum safety, wear your safety glasses at all times when working.
Coloured glass only protects your eyes against the sun’s “basic” UV radiation. Coloured and clear
glass do not protect against the optical radiation that is generated during welding and similar work.
Coloured glass is not suitable for work at dawn/dusk or at night.
Coloured glass is not suitable to be used for looking directly at the sun.
Do not wear safety glasses with a broken frame.
Do not use safety glasses that are scratched, cracked, unclear or when cleaning does not improve
visibility.
It is advisable to replace the protective glass.
The protective glass may only be replaced with original protective glass with the same marking.
Insert the protective glass from the side and ensure that it fits properly in the grooves in the frame.
Use a cloth to handle the protective glass when replacing the glass.
The safety glasses must not be modified in any way.

OPERATION
Adjust the safety glasses so that they fit comfortably over your eyes. During normal use, the safety
glasses should provide the required protection for two to three years.
MAINTENANCE
Store the safety glasses in a case in a clean, dry, dust-free location that is protected against direct
sunlight, chemicals and other strong substances.
Rinse the safety glasses with a mild detergent and wipe off with a soft cloth. Do not use strong
detergents.
