Appendix B Troubleshooting
I dropped the device in the water.
Turn off the device. Place the device in a dry place. Let them dry completely for a considerable period of
time, and then turn the device back on. If it does not turn back on, contact our Customer Service Center.
My device gets too hot to touch.
It is normal for the device to warm up while it is receiving a poor signal, performing an intense workload,
or charging. It should cool down if you stop using the device for a certain amount of time. If the problem
continues, contact the manufacturer. It may result in fire.
How do I get the repair service?
You can contact your local sales representative or you can send the device via a delivery service to
Bluebird’s Korean headquarters. When sending the package, make sure you pay for the shipping fee in
advance. When the repair is finished, Bluebird will cover the shipping cost.
The paper is jammed.
1. Open the paper door.
2. Remove the damaged paper from the paper roll and clear the feed mechanism.
3. If the problem persists, it may be due to poor paper quality. Install a new, high-quality paper roll.
The printer will not print.
1. Make sure that the device is properly connected to the power source.
2. Make sure that the printer is not out of paper and that the paper roll is properly installed.
3. If the problem persists, contact our Customer Service Center.
