Have the following information available when you
call, it will greatly assist us in determining the nature
of the problem efficiently.
1. The serial number of your headset found in the
inset of the battery compartment
2. Type and version of operating system you use on
your computer (if problem is computer related)
3. Place and date of purchase
4. List of actions you have taken to resolve the
problem according to the manuals troubleshooting
and FAQ’s
Our experience shows that many problems and
errors can be resolved over the telephone. By
speaking with a BLUEANT Wireless service
assistant we may be able to rectify the problem
immediately.
