BOTTOM ELEMENT CONTROL
Pull off knob and undo nut.
Pull off knob and remove two securing screws.
THERMOSTAT
To remove a complete thermostat from the oven and control panel, unscrew the phial
cover inside the oven. Pull off thermostat knob and remove the two screws. Remove
wiring and replace.
CALIBRATION
The thermostat controls all elements of the oven. Place a thermocouple in the oven
centre (top rack height), with the probe in the air. Set oven to a suitable temperature,
and allow oven to cycle three times. Disregard first cycle and record the oven
maximum and minimum temperatures during the last two cycles. The average of
these two readings is the oven temperature, and should correspond with the control
knob markings. To change or correct the calibration of this thermostat, there is a
screw inside the thermostat shaft. Turn clockwise to decrease or anti clockwise to
increase.
