1. Place broom on the ground and perform
mandatory shutdown procedure.
2. Remove chain cover. Loosen and remove
chain.
3. Remove shaft sprocket.
4. Remove bearing guard on the right side.
5. Remove bearing hardware. Loosed set screws
and remove bearings.
6. Replace bearings and reassemble in reverse
order. Confirm all hardware is torqued
appropriately. See 4.6 “Fastener Torque
Specifications” on page 14.
