1. Place broom on the ground and perform
mandatory shutdown procedure.
2. Remove side rubber skirt retainers and chain
cover.
3. Loosen chain tensioner sprocket and remove
chain.
4. Remove bearing guard on the right hand side,
and remove hardware from both bearings.
5. Using hoist, raise broom housing off of broom
core. Roll broom core away from bucket.
6. Loosen set screws and remove sprocket and
bearing.
7. Remove end retainer from one broom end.
8. Remove wafers.
