Check the following details before calling for service.

Seat is not warm
The water temperature level is turned off or set to “
Low
”.
Warm water can be used for about 40 seconds at the
“
Medium
” setting of water pressure. It will take about
3minute to regain the selected temperature.
Have you checked if a seat cover or something had been
on the surface of the seat?
The unit begins to operate only when a user’s skin touches
the seat sensor.
The warm seat temperature level is turned off or set to “Low”.
Dryer air is not warm
The warm air dryer temperature level is switched off or set to “Low”.
