User Manual
Unit:
Name of unit as entered on the Settings page.
Clicking on “Unit” will take the browser to the Login page of the
particular encoder/transcoder.
Placing the cursor over “Unit”’s name will display a pop up with
key encoder information as shown in Figure 4.1b.
Firmware Version:
Displays the current firmware version loaded
in the 8C encoders/AQT8.
Input #:
Indicates status of each encoder input. Green indicates
an active input, gray indicates no input.
QAM Virtual Channel#:
Displays the virtual channel assigned to each input program.
RF Channel #:
Displays the assigned RF channels for each encoder.
Units that were previously detected by the DASHBOARD but are no longer connected will be highlighted in red, as
shown below.

4.1 “Status” Screen
The “Status” (Figures 4.1a, 4.1b and 4.1c) displays information for each unit the controller detects (up to 20). Information is
as follows:
