Safety examination
Greasing load support rollers
•
All rollers must run easily.
Replacing the battery

Open the cover by releasing the screws (1)
Pull the cable plug
Remove batteries (2)
Replace new batteries
Replace the plug, do not confuse the con-
nections
Close the cover once more by tightening
the screws (1).
Dispose of old batteries properly.

Safety examination
The safety examination is necessary to gua-
rantee the safety of the Master Wheel upon
commissioning. This must be carried out and
certified in specified cases by a qualified per-
son.
•
First safety examination: manufacturer
carries it out before commissioning.
•
Regular safety examination: in regular
intervals after first commissioning, at least
once a year.
•
Extraordinary safety examination: after
construction changes to the wheel assem-
bly trolley.
