applicable).
Check if undervoltage relais
has switched (when

Let an electrician check if
there is Sufficient voltage on
terminals.
Supply is OK But no
Control Voltage
EM-stop activated.
No control Voltage.
Is EM-stop pushed in.
Is deadmans switch present?
Check circuit breakers.
Deactivate by turning the
knob.
Place deadman switch key.
If EM-relay has 3 green Led
than EM-circuit is closed.
Reset circuit breakers when
they are off.
Grinder motor will
not start when start
is pushed on HMI or
when start switch is
(when applicable
depending type)
Drive not RDY or in
Fault
error message in frequency drive
(see also drive manual).
check the fault message and
take corresponding action as
described in drive manual.
When in "STO" or "PWR"
(depending of type) than
this means there is no
24Vdc to these inputs so
check EM-stop circuit (see
above).
Remote control keeps
losing connection
with the machine
The remote control is
tilted too much.
Too much distance
between remote
control and receiver.
Dirty contact points on
the battery of the
remote control, or dirty
contact points inside
the remote control.
Is the remote control used
horizontal with the belt secured
around the waist?
Check the distance.
Check the remote control, its
battery and battery charger for
dirt.
One of the safety features
on the remote control will
shut the machine down
when it thinks the operator
has fallen down. For this
reason the remote control
has to stay horizontal during
use.
Stay closer to the machine.
Consult the instruction
manual of the remote
control system and clean all
the contact points (do not
use aggressive cleaning
agents, this could cause
damages.)
Remote control shuts
down
The automatic shut-off
function is activated
The function “Auto-off” should be
“Off”.
(On the back of the remote
control)
Press the “ENTER”
button for 2
seconds.
Set the function “Auto-off”
to “Off”.
Press the cursor
button 5x to go to
“EXIT”.
