
1.
Remove Item #1, Pinch Bar Outside Liner.
2.
Remove Item #2, Pinch Bar Inspection Plate.
3.
Rotate the blast wheel to bring Item #3, Blast Wheel Blade, that is to be
removed into reach.
4.
Remove Item #4, Bolt and Blade keeper, at the end of the blade.
5.
Blow dust and shot out of the threaded hole in the end of the blade.
6.
Use a slide hammer to pull the blade out of the blast head.
Important Note: A slide hammer is provided with all machines containing a pinch bar.
7.
Clean dust and shot out of the slot for the blast head for proper installation of
the blades.
8.
Insert the new Blades and replace Item #4.
9.
Inspect the gap between the blade and pinch bar. Adjust if necessary.
10.
Reinstall Item #2.
11.
Reinstall Item #1.
