OPERATION OF ELLIPTICAL TRAINER CONTINUED

SLEEP MODE:

If there is no signal input (you stop pedaling and do not press any

buttons for four minutes, the display will turn off. All data is preserved in memory.

WAKE UP MODE:

Press any button or begin pedaling to turn the display on. At this

point you can restart your workout from where you left off, make changes to the
current program or press RESET to choose a different program.
