Press

until MANUAL appears at the top of the display. “P” and
“MANUAL” will be blinking. Press MODE to confirm MANUAL PROGRAM.
“RESISTANCE LEVEL”
bar will begin to blink. Press the
▼▲
buttons to set the
resistance level of your workout. You can set the resistance to 1 of 16 levels. The
default resistance level is 1. Press MODE to confirm resistance level setting.
“TIME”
will begin to blink. Press the
▼▲
buttons to set the time of your workout.
You can set the time in one minute increments. The default time setting is 20:00. If
you do not set the time, the timer will count up from 0.00. Press MODE to confirm
time setting.
“DISTANCE”
will begin to blink. Press the
▼▲
buttons to set up distance in .1 mile
increments. If you do not set the distance, the distance display will count up from 0.
Press MODE to confirm distance setting.
“CALORIES”
will begin to blink. Press the
▼▲
buttons to set up calories in
increments of 5. If you do not set calories, the calories display will count up from 0.
Press MODE to confirm calories setting.
“WATT”
will begin to blink. Press the
▼▲
buttons to set the desired value in
increments of 10. If you do not set watts, the watt display will count up from 0. Press
MODE to confirm watt setting. Note: the watt setting can only be changed in the
Manual program.
If you have preset WATT, resistance will be auto-adjusted depending on the current
speed and watt values. Symbols will appear to help your training:
You need to slow down the training speed.
You need to speed up the training.
