Troubleshooting

Changing / resetting direct Wi-Fi SSID and password

The dashcam's Wi-Fi SSID and password can be changed/reset using on of the following methods.

On-device Wi-Fi SSID and password reset

Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the dashcam, for 5 seconds and once voice instructions start, release the button. Then press once again
to reset the Wi-Fi SSID and password to default.

* The default Wi-Fi SSID and password can be found labeled on the front camera when you remove it from its mount.
