Chapter 1: Getting started
To insert the battery
1. On the back of your pager-sized handheld, remove
the battery cover by sliding the lock to the right and
pulling the cover up and off. (Remove the old
battery if one is present.)

2. Insert a new battery. Make sure that the polarities
[plus (+) and minus (-) signs] are aligned correctly.
The handheld vibrates and beeps if the battery is
not inserted properly.
3. Replace the battery cover by inserting the tabs on
the bottom of the cover into the notches below the
battery. Slide the lock to the left.
