Groups
Add a group
1.
On the Contact list screen, press the Menu key.
2. Click Create New Group.
3. Type a group name.
4. Click OK.
Move a contact to a group
1.
On the contact list screen, highlight a contact.
2. Press the Menu key.
3. Click Move Contact To.
4. In the Select Group drop-down list, click a group.
Remove a contact from a group
When you remove a contact from a group that you created, the contact is moved to the default group.
1.
On the Contact list screen, highlight a contact.
2. Press the Menu key.
3. Click Remove Contact from Group.
Rename a group
1.
On the contact list screen, highlight a group.
2. Press the Menu key.
3. Click Rename Group.
4. Type a group name.
5. Click OK.
Delete a group
1.
On the Contact list screen, highlight a group.
2. Press the Menu key.
3. Click Delete Group.
4. Click Delete.
Organize offline contacts
1.
On the Contact list screen, press the Menu key.
2. Click Options.
