Advanced port configuration table is located under

in the device’s MIB sub-tree. The table is
shown in figure 7-7.

SNMP traps
The management application also allows you to receive traps sent by the device (figure
7-8). Traps are sent by the Black Box® LB1351A
after every configuration change. In
addition traps will be sent to alert of the following events:
•
System up (cold start)
•
Temperature (when exceeds 65
0
C for more than 1 minute)
•
TP link down
•
FO link down
•
TP link up (after at least 10 seconds down)
•
FO link up (after at least 10 seconds down)
•
Device reset (management initiated)
* traps for configuration changes will specify the initiator of the change (either local user
or remote manager) where applicable.
