CHAPTER 4: EXTENDER MENU/SETTINGS

3. Contact Black Box Technical Support at 877-877-2269 or [email protected] to get the unlock code from your supplier

by providing us with the 9-character device ID and the serial number of your KVM-extender.

4. Press the M key to enter the unlock code.
5. Enter the unlock code from Black Box Technical Support.
6. The extender will automatically restart.
7. To confirm the Option has been unlocked return to the Options Overview menu and check that the relevant Option is now displayed

in green.
