1. With the whisk attachment in place, plug the appliance into a standard
electrical outlet.
2. Grasp the handle and insert the whisk attachment into the mixture to be
blended.
Note:
Do not immerse the blender into any mixture that comes above the
seam of the whisk attachment.
3. Press the speed switches (I/II) and start with the low speed and
gradually increase as the mixture begins to thicken.
4. When blending is complete, release the speed switch. Wait for the whisk
to stop rotating. Lift the hand blender from the mixture.
5. Unplug the appliance before removing the whisk attachment or
changing to another attachment.
OPERATING TIPS
• Cut solid foods into 1/2-inch (13 mm) pieces for easier mixing or chopping.
• Use an up and down motion for blending and pureeing.
• If using the immersion blender directly in a saucepan, be sure to remove
the pan from the heat before using the blender.
• Use only crushed ice; the blender is not designed to chop ice.

Note:
Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
1. Place 1.5 cups hot water in cup, add 1 drop liquid detergent and insert
blender. Run for 20 seconds.
2. Wipe unit body with a damp cloth or sponge.
Important:
Never immerse unit body in water or any other liquids.
