Assembling Your 3-in-1 Air Conditioner
WARNING: Before performing any assembly or
maintenance, switch the unit off and remove it from
the power supply.
Installing the Window Hose
♦
Before using your air conditioning unit, you will
need to install the window hose so that hot air
from the appliance is released onto an outside,
open-air area. The sections below illustrate the
correct way to attach and install the window hose.
♦
To install the window hose through a wall, first cut
a hole approximately 152mm in diameter in the
wall or window through which you wish to feed the
window hose.
♦
Feed the window hose through the window or wall
and attach the threaded adaptor from the outside
as shown.
♦
Your air conditioner is now ready for use.
Note!
When not using the air conditioner, plug the
hole with the cover provided.
Mounting the Window Hose
♦
To mount the window hose, clip it to the back of
the air cooling unit. Take care to avoid any bends
or kinks as this could cause the pipe to clog,
resulting in overheating and potential malfunction.
