Apartment internal code
This code is used to identify the single internal devices of the same user. This allows to make intercom calls
adressed to the single internal code in the same apartment. Set a number from 0 to 31 according to the
following fi gure and rules:
• If in the apartment there is only one door phone, the internal code must be set to 0;
• In apartments can be connected up to 4 door phones or monitors in parallel with the same user code and
different internal codes;
• If in the apartment there are several door phones and/or video door phones, it is better that the internal
code no. 0 is a video door phone device, in order to receive images during the call.
• The internal codes confi gured with code DER 0 and 1will ring immediately when the call is received; the
internal codes 2 and 3 will ring immediately after.

INTERCOM FUNCTION
In B-Fast door phone it is possible to programm only the button “o” for intercom call function.
The button can be programmed to call another user in the system or to call a door phone or a monitor of the
same user programmed as another internal code (DER). In the fi rst case all door phones or monitors of the
called user will ring; in the second case only the door phone or monitor of the specifi ed internal code will
ring.
If intercom calls must be performed with several users, it is possible to add the button additional module
appropriate for B-fast AV1407/051 application.
INTERCOM FUNCTION BETWEEN SEVERAL USERS
1. Go to the door phone to be programmed as caller (door
phone‘a’).
2. Hold the door opener button pressed and pick up the
handset. The door phone‘a’ emits two beeps to signal
the access to programming mode.
3. Press the button“•” to be programmed; the door phone
emits a confi rmation tone.
4. Go to the user to be called by the button“•”: User ‘b’.
Press the door opener button.
The calling door phone and the called door phone or
video door phone will emit a beep to indicate they
have been programmed. Alternatively, go to a calling
station and press the calling button of user ‘b’; the
calling door phone ‘a’ in programming mode will beep
to signal that it has been programmed. At the same
time, the door phones or monitors of user ‘b’ will ring.
Ignore this call.
5. Hang up the handset of calling door phone‘a’, that will
beep to indicate the exit from programming mode.
6. Check immediately the programmed function: hang up
the handset of door phone ‘a’ and press the programmed button. Check that all door phones or monitors
of user ‘b’ ring; hang up the handset of a door phone or monitor ‘b’ and check that it is possible to
communicate with monitor ‘a’.
7. If you want to make the inverse call from‘b’ to ‘a’, it is necessary to programm also the door phone or
monitor ‘b’ to call the door phone ‘a’ as described in the previous sections.
If the button“•” is programmed for intercom function, the auto-on functions will not be lost (video cyclic
and video transfer*), because these are performed when the
handset is on hook
.
