Your PTZ Keyboard is a powerful and sophisticated device, so please read this manual before use and

If you are new to the world of NDI® or BirdDog PTZ Keyboard, begin with

First Step

Firmware Upgrade

Before you use your new PTZ Keyboard, it’s a good idea to upgrade to the lastest firmware. We are

always adding new features and improving the performance of our products, so installing the latest

firmware will provide you with the best user experience.

To upgrade the firmware, please follow the Firmware Upgrade Instructions located in your firmware

download folder and perform upgrade process.
