MODALITIES AND START-UP OF THERMOFLASH® 

PREMIUM

1. Install the batteries.
2.  When the batteries are used for the first time or when inserting new batteries, wait 

about 15 minutes for the device to reach room temperature.

3.  Aim the device at the temporal lobe or a side/temple, as shown (SEE DIAGRAM 

A

 

PAGE 2), at a distance of 2 to 5 cm / 0.79 - 1.97 in press the measurement key, the 
temperature is instantly displayed. The temperature can also be taken behind the 
ear lobe - on the jugular vein.

VII. MENU SETTING & FUNCTIONS 

1. Choice of temperature display mode

Body mode: Measurement of the body temperature.
Measuring range: 32°C to 42.9°C / 89.6°F to 109.2°F
Surface mode: Measurement of the surface temp of an object or food. 
Measuring range: 0°C to 93.3°C / 32.0°F to 199.94 °F
Room mode: Measure the ambient temperature of a room. 
Measuring range: 0°C to 50°C / 32°F to 122°F
Press the measurement button to turn on the device. 
Press MODE button to select the temperature measurement mode.
The screen displays: Body mode - for body temperature measurement. 
Press the MODE button again to switch to SURFACE mode. The screen 
displays Surface.
Press the MODE button again to switch to ROOM mode. The screen 
displays Room.

Note: the 

THERMOFLASH

® 

Premium

 is automatically set to BODY.

IMPORTANT: The area temperature differs from the internal body 
temperature. 
Use BODY mode only to obtain the internal body temperature.

2. Choice of temperature unit

Press the °C/°F button to select the temperature unit. The screen, 
displays the symbol of the selected unit (°C for degrees Celsius, °F for 
degrees Fahrenheit). 

3. Data memory 

Press the MEM key to view the last temperature measurements. The first 
record is the last temperature measurement, total memorize 32 sets.
First display the No.,Then display the temperature record. Continue 
pressing to cycle back through the 32 most recent measurements made.
