BioSmart PV-WM Reader
Operation Manual
To remove the Ethernet connector from the port on the reader board:
unscrew the screws at the bottom end of the reader (see Figure 11);
remove the reader from the mounting plate;
unscrew the screws on the back cover of the reader and remove the back cover (see Figure 7);
pull out the Ethernet connector from the port.
The biometric access control system as a whole and the BioSmart PV-WM reader as its integral part
are not intended for operation in extreme conditions. The customer should provide for redundant devices
(systems, panic buttons, etc.) that control locks / turnstiles and other necessary equipment that will be used
in case of an emergency.
