Installation Instructions - BMW F10 CarPlay MMI Prime

 

Head Unit Removal 

Remove the trim surrounding the factory vents using a trim tool, being careful to not scratch any 
components. To do this, gently slide one of your trim tools under the trim, as shown below, and slowly 
pry up as you make your way across the top and bottom of the trim. Be especially careful when 
working with the right hand side of the trim, as it is very thin.
