7.1 Loading operations
Before installing the vehicle above the kickstand it is essential to check that the lifting platform is
completely lowered .
1- Load the motorcycle on the work surface, supporting it centrally on the kickstand.
2- Secure the vehicle with the belts and then tie the latter to the appropriate loops on the work
surface
WARNING : Never lift the load before making sure it is firmly fastened to the platform
with belts.
Always check during lifting that the load does not slope and unbalance;
3- Proceed with the lifting operation of the structure by pressing the pedal (or with the electro-
hydraulic control) up to the desired height.
7.2 Unloading operations
1- Lift the mechanical safety bar which prevents the lifting platform from falling back;
2- In case of using the HQL 400_003 lifting platform (electro-hydraulic system), press the
descent button.
In case of using the HQL 400_001 lifting platform (foot pump system), press the descent
pedal
3- Pull the motorcycle down from the kickstand.
