Analog Modules in IP20 with 4 Channels
4.5.3.1
Pin Configuration of the Analog Input Modules in IP20 with 4 Channels
Connection of a 2-wire-sensor to the analog input module in IP20 with 4
channels:
A 2-wire-sensor is attached to terminal 1 (24 V) and 2 (I1 Sig.+) of channel 1. The
terminals 3 (0 V ext.) and 4 (I1 Sig.-) have to be connected to each other by using
a bridge.
Corresponding channel 2 is atteched via terminal 5 (24 V) and 6 (I2 Sig.+) as well
as 7 (0 V ext. and 8 (I2 Sig.-).
Corresponding channel 3 is atteched via terminal 9 (24 V) and 10 (I3 Sig.+) as well
as 11 (0 V ext. and 12 (I3 Sig.-).
Corresponding channel 4 is atteched via terminal 16 (24 V) and 15 (I4 Sig.+) as
well as 17 (0 V ext. and 13 (I4 Sig.-).
Connection of a 3-wire-sensor to the analog input module in IP20 with 4
channels:
A 3-wire-sensor is attached to terminal 1 (24 V) and 2 (I1 Sig.+) of channel 1. The
terminals 3 (0 V ext.) and 4 (I1 Sig.-) have to be connected to each other by using
a bridge.
Corresponding channel 2 is atteched via terminal 5 (24 V) and 6 (I2 Sig.+) as well
as 7 (0 V ext. and 8 (I2 Sig.-).
