Epoxy the pivot & round hinges to the rudder.
Assemble the rudder steering arm to the tair fuselage
as illustration.
Epoxy the rudder to the vertical fin.
The sketch map of the steel wires work for the rudder.
Epoxy the ply plate to the position to fix the rudder steering arm.
Make sure hinges are
mounted in the same line.
