4.1
Resolving simple problems
If you suspect an error, first try to resolve the problem, using
the table below. You do not have to be an expert for this.
If this fails to resolve the problem, there may be a fault; in that
case, alert the installer.

The unit does not work.
The unit has not been switched on. Turn the unit on.
The unit has no power supply.
Check the mains supply:
• isolation switch,
• unit has power.
The unit has been switched off by
external control components.
Check external control compo-
nents, if present:
• door contact switch
The unit is not discharging much air.
(The draught)
The inlet and/or discharge section
becomes blocked.
Remove obstacles to the inlet and
discharge section.
The unit is not set properly.
Consult your advisor.
