CONSOLE OPERATIONS CONSOLE OPERATIONS
Note: This is a self generating machine but
to maintain the console power without
exercise, 2 D-Cell Batteries are required.
(Batteries not included)
Display Key Functions
START 1
After powering on the console, in the start up screen press START, this
automatically starts the QUICK START program.
ENTER 1
Press the ENTER key to confirm a setting or value.
+ key 1
After powering on the console, press “ + ” or “ - ” to choose a program
from QUICK / CUSTOM / DISTANCE / RACE programs.

When setting exercise data, press “ + ” to increase the setting values.
- key 1
After powering on the console, press “ + ” or “ - ” to choose a program
from QUICK / CUSTOM / DISTANCE / RACE programs.

When setting exercise data, press “ - ” to decrease the setting values.
STOP 1
During a program, if the user wants to stop the current operation, press
STOP and program will pause.

When in a program or if a program is paused, press "STOP" for 2 seconds
and the display will clear and you will return to the main menu.

During the RECOVERY function, press STOP for 2 seconds, and the
program will return to the main page.
RECOVERY 1
In standby mode or during exercise, the RECOVERY key will start the
RECOVERY function
