9. ADJUSTING THE SEAT.-
The seat can be adjusted by pressing lever (84)
Fig.9, upward, (the lever is located on the lower
right-hand side of the seat) without releasing the
lever, slide the seat backwards or forwards to suit
your seating position.
Once the seat is in a position that suits you,
release the lever (84) and the seat will lock into
position.
10. LEVELLING.-
Once the unit has been placed into its final position
for exercising, make sure that it sits flat and level
on the floor. This can be achieved by screwing the
adjustable support blocks (113) up or down, as
shown in Fig.10.
11. MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
The machine is equipped with wheels (119)
making it easier to move about. The two wheels at
the front of the machine make it easy to move and
store. Lift from the back of the machine until the
wheels touch the ground then push to the desired
location. - as shown in Fig.11.
12. PULSE MEASUREMENT.-
Your pulse rate is measured by placing both hands
on the pulse sensors (145) located on the seat
handgrips or the handlebar, see Fig.12.
NOTE:
You can also use the chest band (OPTIONAL
TELEMETRIC PULSE SENSOR) to measure your
heart rate.
The reading from the telemetric pulse rate takes
priority over the pulse sensors (145) located on the
seat handgrips or handlebar.
12. BATTERY CHARGE.-
Before starting the battery charge, make sure that
the main voltage is compatible with the AC/DC
adaptor.
Connect the AC/DC adaptor (318) to the socket.
