Plug the unit into a wall socket with an
EARTH terminal. Set switch (L) to
Position [1].

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
The assistance of a second person
is advisable for the assembly work.
Make sure that all of the pieces are
there, Fig.0:
(1) Main structure; (28) Screwdriver;
(29) Allen wrench; (82) Safety key; (94)
Adaptader; (95) MP3 Wire; (99) Bottle of
lubricant.
Follow the instructions step by step to
assemble:

Take the unit out of the box and
place it on the floor as shown in Fig.1.

Pull out the rotating plate (12) with
your right hand, Fig.2, I., II. At the
same time, place your left hand at the
handle (B), then pull up the upright
tubes, Fig.2.
You will hear a click when the upright
tubes are successfully locked in.

Turn down the left (43) and right (44)
handle bars to the fixed position,

Tire de la tuerca de plástico (42)
hacia fuera con la mano izquierda,
Fig.4, I., y al mismo tiempo levante el
soporte (41) con la mano derecha,
Fig.4. Suelte la tuerca (42).
Pull out the plastic nut (42) with your
left hand, Fig.4, I., and turn up the
holder (41) with your right hand, Fig.4.
Once the holder is at a suitable angle,
you can release the plastic nut (42).

Insert the safety key (82) into the
magnetic area of the console, Fig.5.
FOLDING YOUR UNIT.-
This treadmill is equipped with a
folding
mechanism
for
storage
purposes. To use it, stop the treadmill
and unplug the mains cable.
Pull out the plastic nut (42) with your
left hand, Fig.6, I., and turn down the
holder (41) with your right hand, Fig.6.
Once the holder reaches a suitable
angle, let go of the plastic nut (42).
Turn up the left (43) and right (44)
handle bar to the fixed position, Fig.7.
Pull out the rotating plate (12), Fig.8,
I., with your right hand and place your
left hand at the handle (B). Then push
down the upright tubes, Fig.8.
NOTE
: Always place your left hand at
the handle (B) when pushing down the
upright tubes to avoid the tubes falling
down and injuringyour hands.
Place your hand at position E, and
then lift upthe treadmill, Fig.9.
Place your hand on position E, Fig.10,
and using your foot, turn the folding
