frame.
Using
release
lever

adjusts
and
tightens
the
height
in
proper
position.
Then
attached
handlebar
slider

on
the
handlebar
post
(21),
use
release
lever
(17)
to
adjust
and
tighten
the
handlebar
in
proper
position.
Secure
fixed
the
monitor
(62)
to
the
console’s
bracket
with
the
screw
from
the
back
of
the
console.
Connect
curve
cable
(64)
into
monitor
rear
part.
STEP 3
Insert
the
seat
post
(39)
into
the
frame’s
seat
tube.
Attach
the
saddle
(1)
into
seat
slider
(38).
Then
tighten
seat
clamp’s
screw.
Insert
the
seat
slider
(38)
into
the
seat
post
(39)
and
fix.
Using
release
lever
(2)
adjusts
and
tightens
the
height
in
proper
position.
STEP 4
Attach
the
pedals
(9)
into
the
crank
arms
(4),
each
pedal
is
marked
with
the
L
(left)
or
R
(right)
to
denote
the
side
of
the
spinning
bike
they
are
on.
Note
‐
the
right
hand
crank
is
on
the
same
side
as
the
outer
chain
guard
(3).
Be
careful
to
align
the
threads
correctly
to
avoid
any
damage.
A
little
grease
on
the
threads
should
help
the
pedals
to
screw
in
easily
and
correctly,
tighten
using
a
15mm
spanner;
both
pedals
threads
should
tighten
towards
the
front
of
the
spinning
bike.
Attach
the
bottle
cage
(15)
to
the
front
fork
using
screw
(16),
then
put
the
bottle
(101)
on
the
bottle
cage.
