To adjust the running belt, stop the treadmill, then use the
6mm hex wrench and adjust the hex screw located in the
rear end cap. If the running belt is moving towards the left
side, tighten the left hex screw with a 1/4 turn (clockwise);
if the running belt is moving towards the right side, tighten
the right hex screw with a 1/4 turn (clockwise); Turn the
treadmill on after it has been adjusted. If you find that the
belt has not moved to the proper position, please repeat
the steps above. Don’t use the treadmill until the running
belt returns to the center position.
The position of running belt might not stay precisely in the
center, it can and will shift slightly towards the left and
right sides, however, you do not need to adjust the belt if it
is not rubbing against the side rails.
If the user feels the belt slipping, this may mean that
the belt has loosened. To tighten the belt, turn the left
and right adjustment key screws clockwise, in 1/4 turn
increments until there is no slipping.
LUBRICATION
a.) Lubricate the treadmill every 5 months if the machine is used under 3 hours per week.
b.) Lubricate the treadmill every 2 months if the machine is used between 4-7 hours per week.
c.) Lubricate the treadmill every month if the machine is used over 7 hours per week.
Note: The running belt should be lubricated with Silicone Oil. Do not over lubricate the treadmill.
Proper lubrication is significant to the durability of the treadmill.
HOW TO CHECK IF LUBRICATION IS NEEDED:
Hold up the running belt and put your hand as close as possible to the central part of the back
side of the running belt. If you feel moisture and your hand comes away with silicone residue,
then lubrication is not necessary. If there is no moisture, then the belt needs lubrication.
STEPS TO LUBRICATE THE RUNNING BELT:
a.) Make sure that the treadmill is fully stopped and off.
b.) Fold the treadmill.
c.) On the underside of the treadmill, lift up the running belt and put the silicon oil bottle as close
to the center of the running belt as possible. Spray the silicone oil on the innder side if the
running belt. Lubricate on both sides of the running belt.
d.) Fold down the treadmill. Turn on the treadmill and set the speed at 1mph to evenly spread the
silicone. Step on the treadmill and walk from side to side for 2 minutes to evenly distribute
the lubricant.
