LIGHTING & OPERATION OF THE FIRE

IMPORTANT : IF THE BURNER IS EXTINGUISHED FOR ANY REASON YOU MUST ENSURE THAT

YOU WAIT A FULL FIVE MINUTES BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO RE-LIGHT THE FIRE.

The fire is controlled by the remote handset supplied with the fire. Ensure the

batteries as supplied in the loose items pack have been fitted to the fire and the

handset before attempting to light it. There are 3 modes of operation of the

product, “MANUAL mode”, “TEMPERATURE mode” and “TIMER mode”.

3.3.1

Operation of the Fire in “MANUAL” mode

3.3.1.1

Locate the ON/OFF switch on the appliance, it is situated as shown

below in figure 36 at the right hand side of the fire. Ensure that the on /

off switch is in the “ON” (1) position.
