Troubleshooting
To avoid electric shock and burns, please do not perform troubleshooting while the unit is connected to AC
power and has cooled down completely!

Decreasing steam volume or
steam pressure.
The nozzle may be clogged.
1. Disconnect the accessory
head from the nozzle and
clean the nozzle insert.
2. Set up the appliance for a
short time and use it.
3. Unplug the device again
and replace the accessory
nozzle.Be careful not to
come into contact with hot /
warm surfaces.
No steam.
There is no water in the tank.
Fill the steam boiler with
water using the measuring cup
provided.
The steaming button
cannot be pressed.
The appliance is equipped with a
safety lock to prevent accidental
steaming.
Press and hold the button on
the side until you also press the
steaming button. Steaming
starts, you can release the side
safety button.
Water leaking.
The housing has been signifi-
cantly tilted or the water level
has been exceeded.
1. Do not tilt the device more
than 30 ° in any direction.
2. Fill the tank with only the
maximum amount of water
indicated on the measuring
cup.
