stretch
sleds
The manual operation is limited to pro-
tect the stretch sleds. When the stretch
sleds are on a level with the roller con-
veyor, they must only be moved to a
certain position in manual operation. If
the actual value of the drive motors
falls below the parameter value, the
drive motors are stopped.

Distance between the
ultrasonic sensor and the

The distance between the ultrasonic
sensor and the lower edge of the
crimping bow is measured and entered
in mm.

feed
If a value is entered and a pallet is fed
from the side, the feed of the pallet is
delayed by the time entered if the pho-
tocell has been occupied by a pallet.

away the pallet
If a value is entered in seconds and a
pallet has been taken off at the end of
the pallet roller conveyor, the next pal-
lets are only transported onwards after
expiration of this time.
