Tilt the machine back on its caster. 1.
Unscrew the pad center threaded hold. 2.
Remove the pad from the pad driver. 3.
Get new, correct size pad for burnisher. 4.
Center new pad on pad driver. 5.
Screw in the pad center threaded hold 6.
until tight.
Place machine upright. 7.
Set front of machine on floor to ensure 8.
pad driver grips pad before starting.
Tilt the machine on either side. 1.
Unscrew the pad center threaded hold. 2.
Remove the pad from the pad driver. 3.
Get new, correct size pad for burnisher. 4.
Center new pad on pad driver. 5.
Screw in the pad center threaded hold 6.
until tight.
Place machine upright. 7.
Set front of machine on floor to ensure 8.
pad driver grips pad before starting.
Note: Muffler is removed to show pad driver shaft.
Spin the pad driver the direction of
the arrow to loosen.
Use a 3/4" open end wrench as
shown to hold pad drive shaft while
spinning the pad driver.
When screwing on the pad driver
spin pad driver in opposite direction
of arrow. Snug pad driver without
wrench. When the machine is
started the contact between the
floor and the pad will tighten the
pad driver completely.

1. Close valve and remove propane tank from the
machine.
2. Lay the machine sideways on the ground to
the operators right hand side ensuring that the
regulator and oil fill tube are facing upward.
3. Unscrew the pad center threaded hold.
4. Remove the pad from the pad driver.
5. Get new, correct size pad for burnisher.
6. Center new pad on pad driver.
7. Screw in the pad center threaded hold until tight.
8. Place machine upright.
9. Set front of machine on floor to ensure pad
driver grips pad before starting.
