Is there a mechanical problem with a motor or solenoid? Note that a worn out
gearbox can draw too much current and blow the fuse.

Do motor and/or solenoid resistance measurements fall in the approximate
range from 4 to 100 ohms? If yes, go on to the next step. If no, replace
suspect part(s) since a shorted motor or solenoid will cause the fuse to blow.
Measure resistance only when the power is turned off. A short will typically measure less
than 0.2 ohms; an open will typically measure more than 2000 ohms.

Are proper voltages measured across the appropriate output terminals
(detergent drive and rinse drive) when power is applied? If not, replace the
PCB. Maximum voltage is 33 to 34 VDC (without load). Rinse voltages may be
lower depending on the speed setting.
Properly Rated Fuse Blows Repeatedly
