This program uses a longer preheating time. This offers extra time for the dough to
absorb water, and for the dough to rise. The kneader blades are stationary during
this 15-minute resting time. The use of a delayed start is not recommended when
baking wholemeal bread; this can yield a poorer result.

For sweet breads with a crisper crust. The crispy crust is obtained by heating the
dough containing sugar to a higher temperature.

For baking small loaves of white bread within a short period of time. Bread baked
using this program can have a moister structure. The temperature of the water
should be between 35-45° C.

using this program can have a moister structure. The temperature of the water
should be between 35 and 45°C.

The ingredients are mixed together and baked within the time set before starting
the breadmaker. It is recommended that the two types of ingredients be mixed
separately, and then poured into the bread maker in the correct sequence
.
Setting the Dough quantity to "Large" extends the baking time, thereby ensuring for
a crusty bread.
