Using one (1) M12-1.75x30 Hex Head Bolt
#490.84, attach the Tire Carrier Casting
#522.96 to the right end of the Modular
Bumper.
NOTE:
Bumper must be removed from
vehicle.
From the inside of the bumper, fasten
the Casting to the bumper, using
one (1) M12-1.75x30 Bolt and one
v(1) M12 washer.
A 6” socket extension will be useful for
tightening this bolt.

Slide the Bumper over the vehicle frame members,
making sure to align the holes in the bumper with
the holes in the frame members and the holes in the
Frame Brackets.
