D. PureAir Package™
Air purification system for Berner air curtains.
All air curtains equipped with the PureAir Package include EC
motors and the “PURE” setting in the menu settings of the Intel-
liswitch.
The unit(s) are shipped with the PURE mode already selected.
PURE mode operation:
When the door opens: The air curtain and, if applicable, the
heater(s) activate and run at set speed
When the door closes:
for heated models:
The PURE mode allows for the air curtain to operate first in the
Comfort Plus mode and then, once the thermostat is satisfied,
to power down to speed setting 1, which in PURE mode, is set
to the very low speed of 700 rpm.
for unheated models:
Once the time delay expires, the unit powers down to speed
setting 1.
